Triad Retail Media had the privilege of hosting Ad 2’s local Tampa Bay chapter for their quarterly AdTalk on Tuesday, March 10. Nearly 80 young professionals attended to learn about Florida’s largest advertising agency first-hand and hear from senior executives about their career paths in the advertising industry. The event also included a tour of the agency’s 60,000 square-foot headquarters included on the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s list of Coolest Office Spaces.
Ad 2 Tampa Bay’s Ad Talks are touted as giving “members an opportunity to meet other professionals and experts in the advertising community.” Triad Retail Media employs several Ad 2 Tampa Bay members, including former and incoming presidents. Those team members’ personal experiences, plus accolades like being listed as a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace, drew the nonprofit to learn more about the digital advertising agency. The talk was touted as a “chance to see what’s behind the logo and understand why your friends work there … and why they stay.” And by all accounts, the talk delivered on this promise.
“It’s exciting to see the young talent we have right in our community,” said Triad Retail Media CEO, Roger Berdusco, who spoke at the event. “These creative individuals have so much passion for what they do, and it really mirrors the enthusiasm and drive to succeed that we embrace every day here at Triad. The partnership for the evening was a perfect fit.”
Ad 2 Tampa Bay President Kris Solberg echoed the sentiment adding, “This was one of our best AdTalks yet.
