Neil is the Senior Director for the world’s largest retailer, Walmart. He leads the Partnership Marketing team for Walmart.com, where he is responsible for strategy and development of their proprietary targeting, reporting and optimization data platform known as the Walmart Exchange (WMX). His team leverages technology and Walmart's "Big Data" to solve marketing efficiency challenges felt throughout the digital media landscape. In 2003, Neil joined Walmart as a Senior Buyer of Sporting Goods and spent a decade on the buying and merchandising side of the business, managing various categories. He moved from Director of Video Games and Toys to Senior Director, Marketing in 2012 to lead the advertising business for Walmart.
